How We Work

Business Understanding. Relevant Evidence. Sound Judgment.

We connect business requirements with the evidence needed to evaluate candidates. We clarify the role, research the market and assess capabilities against agreed criteria, explaining strengths, gaps and uncertainties. This is a shared approach across our founding team—not a methodology derived from one founder’s nationality.

Our Search Methodology

Seven Steps

Step 1

Understand the Business

We work closely with hiring leaders to understand the business objectives, organizational context, reporting relationships, technical requirements and the outcomes expected from the successful candidate. This stage allows us to define not only what the candidate needs to do, but what success will look like after they join the organization.

Step 2

Market Intelligence & Search Strategy

Before engaging candidates, we analyze the market, we evaluate talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring activity and potential target organizations to understand the realities of the market. Based on this analysis, we develop a search strategy tailored to the assignment. Rather than relying solely on active applicants, we build a sourcing strategy designed to identify both active and passive talent.

Step 3

Identify & Engage Talent

We combine role-specific research, direct approaches, referrals and professional networks to identify and engage suitable people for each mandate. Our objective is to engage the best available talent — not simply the most visible talent.

Step 4

Evaluate & Assess

Every shortlisted candidate is evaluated through structured interviews, role-specific validation and, where appropriate, technical, behavioral and leadership assessments. Assessment results are interpreted within the context of the role to provide meaningful business insight rather than isolated scores.

Step 5

Recommend with Confidence

We believe hiring managers should spend their time interviewing the strongest candidates, not screening large numbers of resumes. Every recommendation is supported by structured evidence gathered throughout the search process. Our Candidate Assessments provide hiring teams with a comprehensive overview of each finalist, including experience, assessment insights, strengths, watchpoints and our professional recommendation.

Step 6

Support the Hiring Process

Our involvement continues throughout the interview process. We coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and clients, support offer negotiations and help maintain momentum throughout the hiring process. By remaining actively engaged, we help create a positive experience for both clients and candidates while improving the likelihood of a successful outcome.

Step 7

Beyond the Hire

Our relationship doesn’t end when an offer is accepted or upon start date. We remain engaged during the onboarding and integration period to support both the hiring team and the successful candidate. For Executive Search engagements, this may also include agreed integration check-ins after the appointment and leadership transition guidance.
